Patna High Court CWJC No.18419 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 by the Division Bench of this Court in CWJC No.985 of 2015 as well as CWJC No. 15299 of 2015 along with its analogous cases.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ application is disposed with a direction to the competent authority to dispose the representation of the petitioners annexed at Annexure-5 series in the light of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court. It is made clear that the concerned authority shall pass speaking and reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that if the petitioners have been found entitled for payment of regular salary, the same shall be paid to them from the date they are entitled along with arrears if any within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.

With aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
