The petitioners seek bail in Khagaria(Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.655 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of Bihar Medical Services Institution and Person Protection Act, 2011.
The informant alleged that one patient of snake bite namely, Amit Kumar Singh was brought to hospital for treatment but he could not be saved. The relatives of Amit Kumar Singh abused and assaulted the doctor and other hospital staff. The police tried to prevent the occurrence and apprehended Dipak Kumar Singh, Ujjawal Singh, Rajiv Kumar

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 23.08.2019. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners have already remained in jail for more than three months, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria(Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.655 of 2019/G.R. No.2500/2019.
