2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1975 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender. 3 . In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph 4 of the petition, further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79043 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
4. Accordingly, order dated 11.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1975 of 2024 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
