Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur PS Case No. 939 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of the petitioner for regular bail was earlier rejected on 02.07.2018. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation and that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly one year, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge
