The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
