====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons committed murder of son of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and she has been made accused merely because she happens to be wife of co-accused, namely, Rajeev Ranjan who has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 22.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1724 of 2023. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 74869 of 2022(4) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P. S. Case No. 201 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
