This application is filed for modification of order dated 13.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71417 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 13.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71417 of 2021 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2020, but since the petitioner Nos. 5 and 10 were residing out of State in connection with their job, they could not surrender before the learned court below within the stipulated

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the time to surrender of the petitioner Nos. 5 and 10, as ordered on 13.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71417 of 2021 be further extended by four weeks from the receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 13.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71417 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.
