The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had assaulted the informant with knife and he has inflicted knife blow which caused on the chest of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was case and counter case on account of land dispute. Considering the period of custody and the fact that

No.72210 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 petitioner has no criminal history, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhabhua, District Kaimur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018.
