2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 400 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111(4), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 66(B), 66(D) IT Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 31.07.2025.
4. As per FIR, petitioner found involved in cyber fraud alongwith other co-accused persons, where during raid some objectionable material were recovered. As per FIR, data sheet running into two page alleged to be recovered from this

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that data-sheet alongwith one mobile appears to be recovered from the possession of this petitioner which was not used in crime in question. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as mobile alleged to be recovered from this petitioner prima-facie not appears to be used in alleged cyber fraud as discussed aforesaid, coupled with fact that investigation of this case is already completed, where petitioner remains in custody since 31.07.2025, accordingly, petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 400 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of
