2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 304, 427 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, because of the rash and negligent driving three girls have died. The petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner has been an absconder, I am not

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
