2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical mistake in paragraphs no.3, 4 and 6 of order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63163 of 2025, inadvertently incorrect Registration Number and the Chessis Number has been typed.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the statement made in the modification application, Registration No.'WE-06-6045/WB 06 6045'

and Chessis No.

"MBJ53ZEC2068367950407', as mentioned in paragraphs no.3, 4 and 6 are deleted and substituted by Registration No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75920 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 "WB06G6045" and Chessis No. "MBJ53ZEE207621997".

4. The terms 'Begusarai' as mentioned in paragraph No.6 (line no.4) is deleted and substituted by "Matihani'. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. The present modification application is allowed to the above extent.
