JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The incident is of the 03.12.2014. After more than three years the petitioner was arrested in the instant case on 05.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are the family members. He submits that the deceased was the own brother of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2018.

Considering the fact that the deceased and the petitioner are own brother and the petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be

No.72681 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2014.
