The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is Dwar of the deceased and no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66950 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018.
