The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Allegation is that 500 gram charas is recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 500 gram charas is recovered. The petitioner was found by the side of the car. Hence he has been made accused. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.70976 of 2018, 78009 of 2018 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73281 of 2018(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 71682 of 2018.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. case No.224 of 2018.
