The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3 From perusal of the report sent by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul, dated 06.12.2024 it is apparent that proceedings under Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the
