2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., five unknown miscreants riding on Honda City vehicle intercepted informant's Bolero pick-up van and thereafter, looted cash and mobile phone from the informant.
4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Ranjan Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Tullu Kumar has been granted anticipatory
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72587 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 26.10.2204 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 73711 of 2024 (Annexure - 2). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIII cum Sub Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
