The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:- That this writ application is for quashing the Order dated 22.10.2022 passed by the Chairman Bihar State Religions Trust Board as contained in Annexure -3 by which the learned Chairman has directed the committee to file encroachment case against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
