The petitioner is in custody in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made loaded pistol was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
