2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the authorities to consider grant of benefit of Indira Awas Yojna to the petitioner, as his name has since been included in the list of beneficiaries.
3. It transpires from the pleadings on record that the petitioner had to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Rosera raising a grievance that his name was wrongly deleted from the list of beneficiaries. It was only after he raised his grievance before the said officer that his name was decided to be included, as is manifest from the order dated 27.12.2018, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-3 to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22691 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 writ application.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Bithan Block in the district of Samastipur to allow the petitioner benefits under the Scheme in accordance with law.
