The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 registered under Sections 30(a) and 32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and village politics. Further submission is that the land in question from where the alleged recovery has been made belongs to one Madhuri Devi with which petitioner has no concerned. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4559 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge Excise-I, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
