Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 20, 23, 24, 25, 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 24.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43404 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67089 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019.
