The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during period of dissolution of the Municipal Board, the general function of the Board was vested in the Municipal Commissioner and some financial irregularities were committed during that period and even thereafter. He has submitted further that the representation has already been given to the Additional

Patna High Court CWJC No.17004 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 Chief Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

3. If it is so, the Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
