The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he ravished to a mentally ill daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
