Mr.Mukesh Kumar Rana For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr.Narendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 363 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact she married with the petitioner and in support of that he has filed Nikhanama (Annexure-2). Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating the the girl has been recovered and she has supported the prosecution case about kidnapping by the petitioner and she was kept at Nepal.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75262 of 2018(4) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and make prayer for regular bail.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
