The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 689 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. In the written report there is specific allegation of causing firearm injury against co-accused Sanjeet Ram @ Sokha Baba. He further submits that name of this petitioner has been taken by co-accused Sanjeet Ram @ Sokha Baba.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.8.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75270 of 2018(3) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Town P.S.
