The petitioner seeks the following reliefs, which are as follows:- "(i) That by the present petition, the Social Worker petitioner, craves indulgence before this Honourbale Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide co-operation in the work of the petitioner society being done

Patna High Court CWJC No.21900 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/3 through his "Society for prevention of cruelty to the Animals in welfare of helpless animals, wild animals, pets, birds, abondant animals wounded animals etc. in Bihar including territory of India and further for directing the respondents to provide required securities and other helps for smooth functioning of the petitioners Society.

(ii) Further directing all the DM, SP.

Commissioners, DHO etc. of Bihar to cooperate in the works of the petitioner which is related to the welfare of cruelty effected animals and birds.

(iii) Further directing the respondents to prohibit the functioning of fake and forged organizations like State SPCA and if such fake and forged organizations be fund they should be strictly prohibited to function to any area of Bihar and India territory.

(iv) Further for directing the respondents to take legal actions against fake and forged organizations like State SPCA etc."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation, regarding his aforesaid grievances, before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.21900 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 3/3 off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
