Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 for the for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession rather recovered from a tempo. Petitioner is a lady and has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70915 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
