JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Allegation is of recovery of 5 and odd litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated.
Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that recovery is made from the house of the petitioner and petitioner has criminal antecedent also. In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to
