Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
