2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 329 (3) , 352, 126 ( 2 ), 308 (5) , 115 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. on 28.04.2025 , this petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have demanded extortion and also alleged to have snatched cash and chain from informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of 11 days for which there is no plausible explanation . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. No incriminating article has been

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, delay in lodging the F.I.R. and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Darbhanga in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
