====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Compliant Case No. 672 of 2018, Trial No. 398 of 2019, for the offence registered under Sections 323, 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire occurrence is on account of a petty dispute and there was no pre-meditation in any manner. It is further submitted that the petitioners are respectable persons of the locality and they shall

Considering the nature of allegations and in view of the fact that the petitioners have a clean antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Complaint Case No. 672 of 2018, Trial No. 398 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
