Petitioner is in custody in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 414, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a -26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the co-accused Jitendra Sahni in his confessional statement. The petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2018. Considering the fact that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2018, the Court is inclined to
