Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 7.4.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly 10 months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 26/2018.
