2. The arms license of the petitioner was granted. Subsequently, the same has been withdrawn on the ground that the petitioner is the wife of one Ranjit Kumar @ Ranjeet Yadav who was caught in possession of illegal country made pistol. The order of the collector has been affirmed by the appellate authority.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that Ranjit Yadav has been acquitted and, therefore, the order may be set aside.

4. Even if Ranjit Yadav have been acquitted, it is an admitted position that he was caught along with one country made pistol in his house and he was involved in criminal activity.

5. In these circumstance, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
