2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of one loaded country made pistol, eight live cartridges and some amount of ganja from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in ten more cases. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2022.

4. Considering the criminal antecedent and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84093 of 2024(5) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
