The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jandha P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)/32/41(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, cum Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3212 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
