2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped daughter of informant.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
