Petitioner seeks bail in Madhawra P.S. Case No.268 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2018 having clean antecedents. It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72364 of 2018(4) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran, in connection with Madhawra P.S.
