The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No.56 of 2021 dated 01.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 392, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Kishanganj.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks
