2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R. committed the murder of Bhukhiya Devi and one other person near the Ganga river because of their illicit relation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Name of this petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Jagdish Mahto. Save & except this, there is no cogent material against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73117 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders contained in Annexure 3 series to this petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Patna City, Patna in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 1692 of 2025.
