The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioners having been caught with stolen mobiles and the C.C.T.V. footage also showed that they had picked up the said mobiles from the dickey of parked motorcycle.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70396 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 11.08.2018, hence they have already been suitably penalized for the moment.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018.
