Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S Case No.234 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Witch Act.

Petitioners are named in the FIR and there is allegation of assault against these petitioners but specific allegation is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the2019 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Araria in connection with Raniganj PS Case No.234 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
