JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the case was registered against four unknown and after 3 1⁄2 months the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
