Petitioners are accused in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are in custody since 19.09.2019 and petitioner no.3 is in custody since 21.09.2019.
