The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No.44 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code were added, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Kishanganj. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within six weeks from today and seeks
