The petitioner is the husband who has been in custody since 06.03.2018 in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No. 203/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/306/307/498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Ultimately, Section 304(B) of the I.P.C. was also added. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is the husband and also there is sufficient material in the F.I.R. itself to point towards the implication of the petitioner in connection with the aforementioned offence, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.
