This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1321 of 2011, which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of order dated 29.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 29.07.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1321 of 2011, the petitioner was ordered to take fresh step for sending of notice to the O.P. Nos. 6,7,8 and 9 under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D, but the petitioner complied the said order after three weeks but within four weeks. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Criminal Revision No. 1321 of 2011 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71892 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 29.07.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1321 of 2011 has already been complied with.
