The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 (A), 120 (B)/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the main accused Jitendra Singh has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CR. Misc. No. 75998 of 2018 vide order dated 21.01.2019. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018.
Considering the facts that the main accused has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73412 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M, 1st Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018.
