Mr.Arun Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.165 of 2019 registered under Sections 201 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of the daughter of the informant was performed with Vikash Kumar Singh (son of the petitioner nos.1 and 2), in the year 2014. On 20.08.2019 at about 03.00 P.M., the informant received information on his mobile phone from his son Bharat Kumar Singh about killing of

Thereafter, the informant along with some persons of his village, in the evening of 20.08.2019 at about 04.00 P.M. went at the sasural village of his daughter and, on query, he came to know that the husband and in-laws of his daughter, under conspiracy, killed his daughter and disposed of her dead body. Earlier, before one year, the husband and the mother-in-law (petitioner no.2) of the daughter of the informant had made demand of cash Rs.50,00,000/- in dowry for purchasing the land from the informant but he had refused.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased, the daughter of the informant, was suffering from heart disease and she died due to that ailment and her dead body was disposed of but, with an ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged by the informant. Further submission is that the petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw, petitioner no.3 is brother-in-law and the petitioner no.4 is the sister-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
