2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506, 325, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 2 assaulted with Kulhari on the head of the informant's husband and thereafter, petitioner no. 1 assaulted with iron rod on his (informant's husband) hand. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.
